The experience

Age Strong presents Keith Bilous’s personal record alongside a private journal and optional courses or coaching. You can read the three complete sample entries without an account. Reading a sample does not start a purchase or your personal journal.

The record is one person’s experience. It is not a promise that another reader will obtain the same results. Original recordings and journal photographs are identified separately from illustrated scenes; AI illustrations are not customer testimonials or proof of customer outcomes.

Volume One and reading access

The listed Book + Journal offer is US$90, paid once. It covers Volume One, Days 1–90, the available records and recordings, and your own personal journal. Some recordings or records are not yet available and are marked with placeholders. Future volumes, courses and coaching are separate optional purchases.

When checkout is available, all 90 entries open after payment is confirmed. Read at your own pace, or choose one entry a day as an optional reading rhythm. There are no daily locks. Book access does not expire merely because 90 days have passed.

Your personal journal starts separately when you choose your own Day One. The standard journal allows writing through its 90-day period; saved entries remain readable afterward. The book is a one-time purchase with no subscription or automatic renewal. Review the offer and checkout information before paying.

Optional Personal Journal Plus

Plus is separate from the basic journal: it adds a 90-day period for assisted weekly reviews and editable chapter drafts, when available. The listed bundle is US$180 including Volume One; the upgrade for an existing Volume One reader is US$90. The Plus period starts when you choose to activate it. It does not restart your book’s release schedule.

AI drafting also requires your separate permission. Drafts can be incomplete or inaccurate: check their sources and wording before approving or using them. Plus is not a clinician, personal trainer or human coach. Your saved journal and writing remain available after Plus ends. See how optional AI drafting uses your information.

Courses and coaching

Foundation, Guided Support and Private Coaching are separate from the book and journal. The current coaching page sets out their prices, scope and the Foundation prerequisite for Guided Support. A coaching enquiry is a request for review, not a confirmed booking or payment. The working relationship and its scope are discussed before a commitment.

The experience does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, prescribing or treatment. Health decisions belong with a qualified clinician who knows your circumstances.

Your account and writing

Keep access to your email account and sign-in codes secure. Use your own account, and do not access another person’s records or interfere with the site. You keep your rights in the writing you provide. Saving it lets the service store and display it for your use; enabling AI drafting lets it be processed as described in the privacy notice.

Do not upload or submit material you do not have permission to use. The book, original media and site materials are provided for your personal use; purchasing access does not give permission to redistribute or resell them. You can export your own saved journal and approved writing.

Purchase questions and refunds

If a payment, access problem or refund request needs attention, contact Keith with your account email and receipt or order reference. Do not send full card details. Your request will be reviewed so the options for your purchase can be explained. Any applicable statutory consumer rights still apply.

A full refund ends the paid access supplied by that purchase. It does not automatically erase saved journal entries or drafts. Ask separately if you also want your personal information deleted.

Availability and changes

The service may be unavailable during maintenance or a provider interruption. Keep an exported copy of writing that matters to you. Unavailable checkout, sign-in or recording features are shown as unavailable rather than accepted as completed purchases or recordings.
