Who to contact
Age Strong is Keith Bilous’s living autobiography, personal journal and coaching experience. For a privacy question or a request about your information, contact Keith at keith@bapl.ai.
Information you choose to share
- Account and reading access: your email address, an account identifier, sign-in records, confirmed timezone, and book or Plus access. If you use Google sign-in, the site receives your verified email and Google account identifier; it does not request your Gmail messages, contacts or calendar.
- Your private journal: the reflections, actions, check-ins, dates and timezone you save. Plus also saves the goals and practical constraints you enter, your AI drafting choice, and drafts you create or approve.
- Purchases: order and payment references, purchase status, offer and reading timezone. When checkout is available, Stripe collects payment details on its checkout page; Age Strong does not receive your full card number through that checkout.
- Coaching enquiries: your name, email, selected offer, message and agreement to be contacted about that enquiry.
- Messages to us: the contact details and information you include in an email.
This information supports sign-in, access to your purchase, your own saved writing, payment verification, and replies to your requests. Requesting a sign-in code or sending a coaching enquiry does not enroll you in a marketing email series.
Optional reading emails
The three sample entries stay open without an account or email signup. When the optional email series is available, its separate form asks for your permission and sends a confirmation link. Only after you confirm do we send the three readings: immediately, two days later, and two days after that. It does not subscribe you to a general newsletter.
The service records your email address, what you agreed to, request and confirmation times, delivery status and any unsubscribe or delivery failure. Resend processes your address and email content to deliver the messages. We use request rate limits and short-lived confirmation links to reduce abuse. Links containing confirmation or unsubscribe tokens are private; do not share them.
Every sample email includes an unsubscribe link. No account is required to stop the series. This choice does not cancel your book, affect your journal, or stop sign-in codes you request. For a correction or deletion request, contact Keith.
What “private journal” means
Saved journal entries are associated with your signed-in account and are not published on the website or made available to other readers. Your entry is stored on the service so you can return to it. Private does not mean that the service operates without processing your writing: hosting and storage providers process it to deliver the feature.
The free journal demonstration on the homepage is different. Its draft stays in that browser tab’s session storage until you clear it or the browser session ends. It is not sent to the journal service unless you later choose to bring it into your signed-in journal and save it.
Optional AI drafting
AI drafting is optional and requires your permission in Plus. When you request a draft, the selected period of your journal, your goal and your practical constraints are sent to OpenAI to prepare it. The request does not include your account email or account identifier. Information you write inside an entry can still identify you or someone else.
The integration requests that the response not be stored as an API response. That is not a promise of zero provider retention; OpenAI’s API data controls explain its processing and security retention. The draft and its source excerpts are saved in your Age Strong account for your review.
You can turn off AI drafting in your Plus workspace. This stops new AI requests; it does not delete requests already processed or the writing already saved in your account. Ordinary journal saving does not send an entry to the AI drafting service.
Services used to run the site
The site uses hosting provided through Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure, including database and media storage. Other services are used when you choose the corresponding feature:
- Google verifies an account when you choose Google sign-in.
- Resend delivers requested email sign-in codes and the optional, confirmed sample reading emails when those services are available.
- Stripe processes payments when checkout is available.
- OpenAI processes the material you select for optional AI drafting.
- Cloudflare supports delivery, storage and website security.
These providers may process information outside your country. Their own privacy notices describe their services. Email sent directly to Keith is also processed by the email services used by you and the recipient.
Cookies, browser storage and security
Secure cookies keep you signed in and connect a sign-in attempt to your browser. A reader session can last up to 30 days; signing out revokes that session. Sign-in challenges expire after 10 minutes. Browser storage also remembers the sample reader’s light or dark appearance and the optional local journal demonstration draft.
The current site does not include advertising pixels or behavioural analytics scripts. Hosting services receive technical request information to deliver and protect the site. Sign-in uses request information, including an IP-based rate limit, to reduce abuse. Blocking cookies can prevent account access.
Access, correction and deletion
You can export your saved journal and approved writing while signed in. You can edit a journal entry before its check-in and review or edit saved Plus drafts. Turning off AI drafting and signing out are separate from deleting your account.
For access, a correction you cannot make in the interface, account deletion, or a privacy concern, email Keith. Use your account email and describe the request; do not send a password, sign-in code or full payment card number. We may need to verify that the request is yours before acting on private information.
Saved writing remains in your account after a Plus period ends; it is not automatically deleted at the end of 90 days. Account deletion is handled by request, not by a self-service button. Some records may need to be kept for payment, security or legal reasons; any applicable limits on your request will be explained in the response.
